Hi! I'm applying this cycle, but I'm a little confused about OptomCAS. I saw a previous thread on submitting transcripts OptomCAS before the cycle opens. I was just wondering if that is even possible? Does that mean you can start filling out your OptomCAS app before it opens? Thank you!
