I have a flat oakworks that has vertical, rotation, and trend. It squats fairly low so rarely do I have to use the step stool. I wish I would have gotten the integrated. It was a brain fart on my part. I thought I had an integrated coming and realized I didn’t quite order what I intended.

Only ever had used oakworks, no issues. Headrest a must. Vertical and rotation a must, don't really use the other movements

so if doing a CESI, do you use the integrated head rest (which looks like the pt would be neutral not flexed?)

This is what I'd buy if I were purchasing new right now. My current table (leased with my suite) doesn't include front/back travel. I really like that feature.
