Organ transplant training in Canada

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge about residency training programs in organ transplant pharmacy (i.e., PGY2 programs) in Canada.

I'm also interested in hearing from someone who has gone through an organ transplant PGY2 program (US or Canada...or elsewhere), just to get an idea about their experience. Anyone?
