Hi everyone

Non-trad here. Graduated from a state university in 2010 with degree in Sociology, minor in Criminal justice.
Worked in a prison for 3 years as a guard.
Started my premed classes @ CC,

Intro to Chemistry (A)
Bio 1 (A)
GPA: 4.0
Last year I took @ university

Physics 1 (A)
Physics 2 (A)
General Chemistry 1 (A)
General Chemistry 2 (A)
Bio 2 (A)
GPA: 4.0

Currently taking Organic 1 @ university and studying for MCAT. Looks like I will be receiving an (A) for lecture and lab.

Here is the problem. I work part time for my girlfriends father. We have a work schedule planned out that he would like me to follow. In addition to that, I'm flat ass broke due to the high cost of tuition at my university. It was $2500 just for this organic class this semester. The class times that are available next semester for Organic 2 at my university do not agree with my work schedule and frankly I can't afford to take the class there. University will not allow me to take a loan out since I'm not a full time student.
If I previously had a 4.0 from the CC and currently have a 4.0 @ university in all pre-required courses, do you think I will catch any flack during the application process for taking Organic 2 @ CC.

I'm inclined to say, while not ideal, you probably won't hurt you much. Several people on here have been accepted to MD programs from a complete post-bacc done at a CC. I'd tend to believe if the rest of your application is strong, then this won't break nor make you.

Just from anecdotal evidence all over the site here, I'd say it wouldn't be a problem. You're taking plenty of courses at the university level, and this is a singular occurrence. Your grades are just fine, so I don't believe they'd view this as you trying to get a better grade at an easier school.

The only note of caution I'd mention is that the curriculum will not be linear between the two courses at different schools, so be prepared for a little catch-up or repeating.

I took orgo 2 at cc, while took orgo 1 a univ. Cheaper, more convenient, and class of 15 vs class of 200...

Took about half my postbac at cc, actually. Would do it again the same way.
DO class of 18'

I think you're fine. There are some schools that absolutely won't accept CC classes but you were already in that boat so I don't see the problem with taking one more at CC especially with your GPA. For what its worth I did my entire postbacc at CC and while a few schools I'll never know if I was rejected from because of CC, I did very well with my application. I'm at Hopkins now who did accept CC for a while, and then stopped, and is now accepting again.
