Yes buy it. It will parallel the classes lessons and its like....20$ or so, right?

I purchased it for $4 on Amazon a few years ago. Great supplemental text.

I have the book! It's really great. I got A's on both organic chemistry from a public university.

i checked on amazon and i found it for 50 bucks without shipping
where can i found a cheaper one

Don't have the book, but that's a brilliant title.

If you don't already have it - check out organic odyssey. Also, the master organic chemistry website is awesome

I've got the textbook by Klein... it's very similar to the "second language" book. His teaching style is fantastic! If you read his textbook before the lectures it all really makes sense... also the way he lays out and structures problems is second to none.

I have both the Second Language guidebooks and the textbook.

Let's just put it like this:
Before OChem, I was panicking b/c it's the weed-out course at my school.
After OChem, I want to take it again because OChem as a Second Language and Klein's textbook really made me enjoy it and get the principles down! Yes, you read that correctly. I WANT to take OChem again...really badly.

Get it.

Your only mistake so far is that you didn't get it at the start of the semester. But if you get it now, it's still early and your class experience can change from "difficulty" to "Enjoyable"

Get Klein's version of it. It was amazing for organic one when you really need to solidify your conceptual knowledge of chemistry. 🙂
