Organic Chemistry Flow Chart

Does anyone have a good flow chart that helps you identify if two molecules are isomers, stereoisomers, constitutional isomers, epimers, etc.
Also, if you have any tricks or tips please share. There seems to be so many little definitions and classifications. I'm getting confused. Thanks for any help!
