What do you guys think of organic edge online from kaplan? Is it useful?

Would you be using it to prepare for the DAT or for an actual organic chemistry class?

I'm not sure about the organic edge online class, but took the kaplan online DAT class and found it helpful for all subjects in preparing for the DAT. It is expensive, but it was worth it for me as I needed to do well since my GPA was on the low end and I definitly feel I would have not done as well on the test without kaplan.

Organic edge is a great book. I was taught ochem by a professor who slammed all the details down our throat. The DAT was more general, so organic edge really helped me prepare. I hadn't had the second half of ochem either so I used it to get basic info on spec, and COOH, NH2 functional groups.

I guess it worked out, 24 (95th percentile) on DAT ochem section. I missed two questions!!
Good Luck!
