For you residents and attendings out there, how many hours do attending orthopedic surgeons work and how much money do they make on average?

i think a good estimate would be around 450k.

but it really depends on where you work, what setting you work in, hours, and specialties

i know that there are some orthopaedic spine surgeons that make 1 million dollars

What information are you looking for that you could not find on a search? The specific questions you are asking here (average hours worked and money made) are not that difficult to find answers to.
