Hello! Current Orthodontic resident here. Feeling a little overwhelmed by all the information and how it's presented and stressed that the material doesn't feel like it's clicking. I think I'm more of a visual learner or just need things explained differently and my current lectures and lit reviews are not cutting it. Once I do things in clinic, it starts to click more, but of course it's not possible to see everything in clinic so I'm hoping to supplement my understanding somehow.
Does anyone have any resources, whether that be textbooks or videos or other resources that might help me better understand biomechanics, but also just orthodontics in general? Thanks in advance!
