Anyone know what the Army is doing with residents who have OSA? I was diagnosed during med school (exercise intolerance, EDS, feeling like **** all the time) and notified them during the yearly updates on HPSP but nothing ever happened.

This is still an automatic med board, right? I'm pretty sure I'd be found fit for duty but just wondering.

According to the retention regs, symptomatic OSA is only an issue if it can't be corrected with meds, CPAP, surgery, or an oral appliance.
