so the thing I don't understand about this dz is why would you get deposit of hemosiderin and hemorrhages? this dz is due to chronic hyper PTH that leads to over activation of PTH right? why does it lead to hemorrhages?

If I remember right it is just the idea that it destabilizes the bone so much that you get a lot of bleeds from structural damage (the bone is pretty vascular). Not super sure on that though

Bone is vascular. ↑↑PTH → cystic bone lesions → hemorrhaging into cysts → "brown tumors"
