I'm applying next summer (year 2016). Should I still use this as a reference?Yes, Google is your friend. But luckily, so am I.

Taking BioChem now so that's not a problemI wouldn't know the exact answer to this...
But, I would assume not much would change in a year as far as academic requirements, other than the possibility of tuition being slightly higher.
With that said, you might stay on top of it, because some schools are now starting to require Biochemistry.

Go to a school that you like and don't fall for the fluff.
