Can someone please tell me or come up with a link that includes all DO schools in the country, their average GPA, MCAT score, and possibly even what LOR's they require?

One school did. UC Davis was once a DO school then turned into MD

I wouldn't know the exact answer to this...
But, I would assume not much would change in a year as far as academic requirements, other than the possibility of tuition being slightly higher.
With that said, you might stay on top of it, because some schools are now starting to require Biochemistry.

Taking BioChem now so that's not a problem
 
I think it's more that the information the OP is seeking is readily available online and has been the subject of dozens of threads in this forums each cycle. A modicum of effort would have yielded the information he was seeking.

For some reason people love looking at a list of stats.

Go to a school that you like and don't fall for the fluff.

Those numbers don't tell the whole story.
