I'm not sure, but my pre-med advisor strongly discouraged taking pre-med courses online..

How difficult are the online chemistry courses at OSU(Oregon state uni)?

Regardless of the difficulty, you should look into whether the schools you wish to apply to will accept them. Many schools will not accept online courses for fulfillment of pre-reqs. Check out MSAR.
