For OTCAS under the experiences section I see that under internships and clinical experiences it says "Time spent either following and observing a occupational therapy professional at work". Are we supposed to list all of our shadowing hours there as well as under observation hours, it seems a bit redundant and wanted to see what others have done.

Same. Considering some school make you input their observation hours through the apps., it may not be too much of a deal.
