So excited to apply this summer for the upcoming cycle!

Re: OTCAS, can I continue to submit/pay for additional schools while I'm being verified? (I know I can work on other apps during verification process, but is the ability to submit/pay on "hold" until verification is completed)?

I'm curious as to how you all approached the multiple deadlines vs getting "everything" in early for best consideration? Would you suggest choosing just your first app with the earliest deadline and getting verified under that one? Or do you collect a few together and send them all at once?

Oh, and 1 more question: finally getting in that art class this summer. Grades won't be posted until Aug 8.
Still plenty of time to wait for final grade rather than list the class as in process and have to do an academic update later? (Feeling a bit under the gun w/ Sept 15 CSUDH deadline and being new at this).

If you have at least one complete application done, then yes, you can go ahead and submit it to be verified. You can continue adding on program applications throughout the application cycle if you'd like. The verification process only happens once during the first submission. Although it's still prudent to get your applications in early for the sake of rolling admissions. But no, you don't have to have *everything* done at once. Personally, I spread out my applications based on when they were ready to go.

And if you only have the one class pending, then I would go ahead and submit the app when you're ready. I don't know if CSUDH is rolling admissions or not, but it's always best to err on the side of caution in case there are any unforeseen issues with OTCAS verification or it takes too long.
