I did the professional transcript entry. It took nearly 2 wks after OTCAS got my Fall 2017 transcripts for my info to be uploaded, verification occured 1 or 2 days later.Is anyone else having issues getting OTCAS to reverify with our fall grades submitted? The email said it would be 2 weeks and it’s been a month since they received my transcript.
This application seems to be more of a pain than a help...

I've had to call them a couple of times myself. Good luck!Yeah something feels really wrong about this. Makes me mad cause schools are doing evaluations and can’t see my updated grades for certain Pre-reqs. OTCAS just sent me some generic response last week.

I am seriously hating this application service. It’s really quite the nightmare.I submitted my grades over a month ago and called when I did and they said I did everything right, just had to wait. Nothing happened so I called and they said I did it wrong and I had to redo it! So ridiculous.
I had that issue on my first verification. The community colleges I attended still send snail mail and it took FOREVER for them to get them received. I will say keep on them... cause that seems to light the fire a bit faster.I sent my transcripts weeks ago and they still haven’t told me they have received them. I called to ask if they were there and the guy said he had no way of telling me that but “they are probably around here somewhere”..... I need to know if my transcripts got lost in the mail!!
