I just got my application verified and I saw that all my engineering courses counted as "Other science" as per the guideline given. My "Other science" GPA is < 3.0 due to tough engineering courses which is bringing my overall cumulative science GPA to 2.92.

Will DO schools look at just cumulative science GPA or the GPA By subject?

Any information will be appreciated

TIA

For screening purposes, I believe it is only cumulative science and cumulative undergraduate GPA. Past the screen, I believe they look closer at your coursework (trends, difficulty, etc). Have you already submitted your AACOMAS? If not, I would try and make your GPAs above 3.0 before applying otherwise it is not worth it with a sub 3.0 in each category in my opinion. Good luck.
