General Admissions & OTCAS OTR vs OTA Recommendations? Number of schools to apply to?

Does anyone know if OTAs can write letter of recommendations for graduate school programs? Would getting an OTR/L's recommendation be better?
Also, how many schools are you all applying for? I've got 6 on my list right now, and don't know if that's enough.

An OTA can write them but most schools require you to have at least 1 or 2 OTRs write your letter of recommendation!

I applied last cycle to 7 schools. Only apply to ones you feel comfortable attending! Don’t waste money applying to ones that you dont see yourself at
