Hey guys, I was unexpectedly accepted off the WL from MU-COM yesterday but I have to respond by today if I will take the spot or not.
I was already accepted and paid my deposit for OU-HCOM and have signed a lease and paid a deposit for my apartment. I really loved both schools and I am not sure which school is better.
OU-HCOM has cheaper tuition, $37,000 per year (I am in-state) vs MU-COM $53,000 per year.
OU-HCOM is public and has a lot of connections over ohio but MU-COM also has great hospital affiliations.
OU-HCOM is in Athens which is pretty rural but MU-COM is in Indianapolis with a ton of hospitals and a lot do to.
I am primarily interested in EM and both schools appear to have good match lists and I really felt like a good fit for both during interviews. Which school is a better choice?
