OU vs KCU vs DMU

I am having a really hard time trying to figure out where to go next fall. I genuinely think my choices are more OU vs KCU, but I know DMU is a great school as well. Please help...

OU-pros: cheapest school, close to home (2 hours), state funded, research opportunities, pass/fail, supposedly very good GME’s but I don’t know much about this.

OU-cons: Athens is in the middle of no where, mandatory attendance 8-12 every day.

KCU-pros: rigorous curriculum, located in a city, original 5 DO school, consistently scores in the top for board scores, honors surgery track which would allow me to stay in KCU for all 4 years, absolutely LOVED not only the college, but the city as well.

KCU-cons: 9 hours away from family, more expensive than OU, harder time to get involved in research.

DMU - I have yet to attend this interview and am unsure if I should attend. All I know is that it is well known and consistently gets positive reviews from SDN.

If you think mandatory attendance at OU will be an issue for you and its locations, then you need to consider that as well. However, I understand it is the cheapest school so that would be a solid positive. I would say you should lean towards OU especially since you mentioned the family aspect of things as well.

-If you are really curious about DMU, then I would attend the interview since you still have until December to make any preliminary decisions.

Despite how much I liked KCU, I think OU will take me where I want to go and the pros outweighed the cons. Officially accepted my offer to OU, thanks everyone.
