I am hearing about things like Firecracker, Pathoma, and NBME (Board Series Review) to supplement MS1 classes.

Is there any advice from people on which resources are useful, and for which classes within MS1?

No to pathoma year one unless you have an integrated curriculum. Didn't care for firecracker, but you may find it useful.
