    Hey everyone,

My science GPA is good(3.7) but my overall GPA kinda stinks(3.3). This overall GPA was more when I was a business major and got my degree. Is this something you think could hurt me in the application process or schools wont like as much? Or do you think they will look at it different since I was in a completely different field of study. I still have not taken the DAT.

You'll have nothing to worry about if you do decently on DAT

You are more than fine man. Adcoms look at the OVERALL application. Both GPAs are valuable in addition to GPA trends (which is why many people get into dental school with low stats.) Do well on the DAT! Best of luck.
