I think O has -2 and since there are 3 it's -6 but i don't know the oxidation number of N and Ag.

Confirmed. That's how I would do it too. Remember your oxidation rules in the correct orders. O = -2 x 3 = -6 N = +5 therefore Ag has to equal +1 in order for the neutral compound to equal zero .
