PA ACGME programs for DOs

I was wondering if anyone could offer any insight or reviews into some of the Pennsylvania programs like Geisinger, York, Hershey, St. Luke's. Also, for any of the DO's, does any one have any idea of the chances for DO students with average Step 1 scores (literally 500), top 25% in class, and decent M3 grades. I'm trying to decide the AOA vs. ACGME route and where to set up electives for next year. Thanks.

Generally speaking, they're all DO friendly, and you have a shot at all of them. Sorry, but that's the best I can do for you.

I had a hard time deciding between ACGME and AOA so I decided to apply to both and see what happened. I was surprised with how much ACGME love I got, so I decided to go that route. You won't know until you apply.
