Just wondering if there are any PA's out there who can please tell me how the PANCE and PACKRAT exams compare in difficulty? Some of my PA peers feel that the PACKRAT was a little more difficult. I'm taking the PANCE in about a week, and I scored about 74% on the PACKRAT a month ago. By the way, for those of you that are wondering what PANCE and PACKRAT are, they are short for Physician Assistant National Certification Exam(PANCE) and Physician Assistant Clinical Knowledge Rating and Assesment Tool(PACKRAT).

gradrat( the recert equivalent of packrat) was harder than the panre and filled with errors. it was a $60 waste of time. I scored 75% on it and 97 % on the actual exam......
