First I would like to apologize if this has been previously addressed.

I went to school in Maryland and then matched at a pharmacy residency in Pennsylvania. I am having trouble with my "student technician" hours (only designation for students in Maryland/no intern title) being recognized by the PA BOP as "intern" hours. According to MD BOP "student technician" is an intern; however, PA is not being helpful because of "technician" being in the title. I did not take any type of technician exam, never worked as a technician, only worked while in school, counseled and other activities consistent with pharmacist, etc.

Has anyone successfully obtained a license in PA from MD without using reciprocity?

Thanks!
