I have a feeling I know the answer to this question, but I wanted to get a second opinion.

I have credit in Biology I from an AP class I took in high school. Do I still need to take Biology I again to satisfy the pre-requisites for most PA schools? I have tried looking on individual program websites, but most of them don't spell it out very clearly. (Some do, and most seem to require taking it again...🙁 )

Agree with the above. It will be up to the PA program/s to tell you. But if the AP class appears on a University transcript, for credit, and is part of the GPA calculation then the odds of it being accepted go up.
