I'm sure it varies from school to school, but what are the testing requirements most generally required for PA school? Do more require the MCAT or GRE? I'm familar with the MCAT setup, but how does the GRE for PA school compare to the MCAT? Thanks

Most, except for maybe one or two (?) require the GRE. There are some that don't require any form of standardized testing, but then you have to be prepared to have your application stand out in other ways. Check the CASPA list of participating programs for a pretty good list, but not all programs use that application, in which case you have to seek out the requirements school by school.
