I was referring to the urgent care clinics, a PA/NP at your PCP office will be assessing you (as best they can) for the usual preventive maintenance, etc.
The urgent care may mention that your BP is high or ask if you've had routine scheduled screening, but they won't F/U or probably even notice from one urgent care visit to the next.
