**This is a brand new school anticipating accepting students starting this cycle! Some brief things to note:
- It has initial accreditation, but will be able to offer federal loans
- It does not require the DAT to apply
- A minimum grade of B is required for all prerequisite courses

I just applied to them a couple days ago, correct me if I’m wrong guys, but they opened their application sometime last week right?
 
does anyone know if there's a point of applying if you have 5 or more Cs as I heard they only accept Bs for their prerequisites?
 
yeah I heard that they told someone to retake all the Cs and they got and consider the masters program lol
 
I only made one C.. In biochem. Do you really think that will hurt me that bad? I saw on their website it says "B orabove recommended". Also has anyone else application portal changed to say Casper awaiting? Im curious as to when they will start interviewing.

Yup, I had a meeting with their advisor and she said to retake any class that I have a C in. Currently in a masters program and she said we don't care about masters programs unless its the one offered at their school which is in person only.

They really do not want any C's in pre-reqs.

Have you received an invitation to complete Kira for them? I think it goes in this order: 1) submit an app on AADSAS, 2) complete CASPER, 3) Kira only via invitation, 4) in-person interview, 5) Decision distributed starting in Dec until 36 seats are all filled up
 
I thought when I first submitted my application it said they were not taking Casper until after the interview. And now it says it needs to be in before. Either way I have already sent my score but just wanted to see if they changed it or did I read it wrong the first time.

They said not to take Kira beforehand because it is only via invitation. But they have always said to take Casper at your earliest convenience because until after you are done with it, you cannot proceed to the next level. If I were you, I would knock it out asap.

yeah I took my CASPER in mid august, so that's all set. I still have not received KIRA assessment invite... Did you? or do you know of anyone who has?

I am not sure if I will be applying to pnwu. I don’t meet that B average GPA requirement. I took Casper for another school so it won’t be a problem. It’s just that I was trying to apply to PNWU on AADSAS, but now i don’t know if that’s a good idea.

Did you do their MAMS program? During the info session, they told us that although they do not have a specific number of seats designated for the pathway program applicants, they are giving them priority consideration. So, I assume you would have a great chance of getting the interview + acceptance.
 
The application said we have to provide a shadowing worksheet, is that real? I don't have a log from shadowing I did years ago... I'm wondering if it's just something helpful they created or if they're actually taking that worksheet seriously.

Seems to be serious if they require signatures on the form, they say they will request the form for your application. You can always contact admissions for clarification but that seems to be pretty cut and dry imo.

Yes, they are serious. I inquired about that multiple times, and they said you can either submit it along with your AADSAS application or later on use the link they sent you, but either way, both are required.
 
to those of you who interviewed, when is their decision day? is it the 13th?
 
Has anyone with a 1 quartile Casper score get an interview?
 
Rejected with interview. Got the email on decision day. Higher stats, just not what they're looking for apparently.
 
Hi everyone. Just received an email today about getting invited to apply to their MAMS program. Was wondering if anyone here has done the MAMS program or considering it if you also got invited? I will email admissions later today about this opportunity.
 
Has anyone been waitlisted? If so, have you heard anything?
I’ve reached out to the admissions email and haven’t heard back.

I think it was sent as a part of the decision letter. I also see a sentence or two about their MAMS program in the decision email, which is the only communication I had with them.
 
Thank you! I didn’t. But we have a meeting coming up next week so I’ll know more then.
