will discourage opening up nrg/rtog chemo/xrt +/-opdivo if gets approved quickly

They really gotta work on better names for these drugs.

Imfinzi? Sounds like "I'm Flimsy". The exact opposite of durvalumab (which reminds me of Duracell).

Have only had a few patients on it so far, seen one case of pneumonitis but it literally started the week after the first dose, over a month from chemo radiation. I figured it was the chemo rt but we held imfinzi and instituted high dose steroids which she is tapering off of now.

It only got fda approval a few months ago, before then it was more risky to give from a payment perspective I believe
