It's already in the nccn guidelines, but without the FDA approval, it was hard to get anyone to give it. Now that won't be a problem, hopefully

Imfinzi? Sounds like "I'm Flimsy". The exact opposite of durvalumab (which reminds me of Duracell).

Have only had a few patients on it so far, seen one case of pneumonitis but it literally started the week after the first dose, over a month from chemo radiation. I figured it was the chemo rt but we held imfinzi and instituted high dose steroids which she is tapering off of now.

It only got fda approval a few months ago, before then it was more risky to give from a payment perspective I believe
