If you have an MD/DO/RN/RT/EMT/PA license, I'm sure there's some work out there interntionally. If you're just a premed kid, probably not.

What can you do? If it's just sweat and enthusiasm, probably not. If you have certifications/experience.... well, still probably not, but much more likely.

There's way too many untrained premeds willing to wipe asses in Africa (they do their ABCs, if you know what I mean) for free, so I don't think you will find any paid positions.
