Appreciate the suggestions (and the geographical correction) but I'd prefer recommendations based on personal knowledge of the doctor if possible. This is a nice little old lady who's very anxious about changing doctors. I've treated her for years and I don't want her thrown to the wolves.

There are quite a few clinics listed at pain.com but I don't recognize any of the names.
