What do people use to stay organized during rotations? If I don't get a Palm Pilot or other PDA, will I be the only one with a little binder full of index cards?

Any thoughts, suggestions? Thanks!

Palms are good for organization if you are determined enough to pick a patient tracking program that you like, learn how to use it well, and stick with it.

Having done it both ways (paper vs palm), I think that the real strength of PDAs is portable reference materials. There is no better way to have up-to-the-minute drug info and practically a library's worth of medical info.
