So this is the feedback I got for the paper:

"The referees' comments were generally positive and, in principle, we would be pleased to publish it. However, before we can accept the manuscript we ask that you consider the points raised by the referees, which you will find below in this email. Please either answer them in a revised version or explain why they are not relevant."

Is this worth updating the schools (md/phd programs) about? Previously, I listed the paper as "under review."

Thanks in advance.

That sounds more like "Accepted pending revisions" in my opinion, so maybe yeah.

Since you're so close to having it accepted, I'd say just wait till its officially accepted before you send an update. If you send one now, you'll just need to send more when its accepted and in press.

I have a paper thats in the same position and I've decided that I'm going to do the update after its officially accepted.

Just wait until it is accepted IMO. This is such a small part of your application to begin with that it's not worth such an incremental update. Technically it is still in review and will be in review until accepted.

Alright. Since I'm completing secondaries, would it be stretching it too far to say its "conditionally accepted pending revisions"?

I don't think it would be.
