Parkland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Internship (2017-2018)
We are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill this position for 2017/18
With the upcoming CBSE in July, we will accept candidates without a CBSE score and can accommodate time off in July for you to prepare for this exam. We have a vested interest in your success.
Each year, the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery needs additional help in our clinical rotation. We accept individuals for a one-year commitment from a pool of individuals who do not match or are interested in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) but who have not yet applied to an OMS training program. Individuals selected for the clinical positions function as first-year residents and recent interns have found success (100%) in matching into an OMFS program the following year. They are paid the same stipend as a first-year resident and function as a first year resident with time spent between our busy operating rooms and clinic.
