Hi, if a school asks for a original copy of part I scores, how do you arrange that?

Go to the ADA's website at http://www.ada.org/prof/ed/testing/nbde01/index.asp

There's a link on the right that allows you to print and mail/fax a request for scores.

Oh yeah...and it costs $25 per copy.

That really added up for me. Its sad that my board score reprints cost ($700) nearly as much as my PASS application.

Whoa! It was $15 when I applied last year. One hell of a price hike. Glad I was accepted. 😀

One of my med school buddies is applying to 22 general surgery programs. Their centralized application service is much more efficient and organized than ours. They receive interviews through it, can track the completion of their files, etc. For 22 programs, total cost: about $275. I applied to 22 OMFS programs. Total cost: about $1800 and counting and PASS is aweful and incomplete. IE why can't we just send boards and a 2x2 photo once to PASS.
