About how many questions on the actual exam will look similar (even if it is a question that is asking about the same topic) to ones that are released?

I want to know if it's worth it to go over the old exams when I'm on a time constraint.

its worth looking at old asda released ques as there are 40 repeats ,though recycled.
Thre are more repeats in DA section,than any other.
