I wanted some opinions on something I'm worried about. I am a senior and I want to be a part time student this semester ( taking like 6 credits) and I’ll be a full time student next semester ( I’ll take 14 credits). Then, I’ll be done with my whole required classes. Is it a bad idea to be a part time student for only one semester? Or should I add classes that I don’t need for my major just to be a full time ?

I dropped down to a part time student in the spring semester after I was accepted. I emailed the director of admissions of my school and got her permission before going through with it though. You should email the director of admissions for all the schools you applied to so you have them on record giving you permission. The last thing you want come summer time next year is to be dismissed from the school you picked because the director of admissions forgot they gave you the thumbs up for becoming a part time student
