Party invite

The program director of our i.med program said that he sometimes asks this question - he said that if someone answers "clean up", then grab them as they might be a potential primary care physician! He did say that the "bring something" answer didn't exclude candidates from being ranked high. He didn't say how many people had opted to clean up - I got the impression that it wasn't many.

And before anyone jumps all over me - it was all part of a light hearted lunch meeting. Anyway, as a primary care resident in a sub-sub-specialist facility I certainly feel as though I'm left to clear up far too often.

Haha, at first I was confused about why this was a medically related issue. It totally makes sense though. I would have chosen to bring something, but I'm still interested in fp 🙂.

I'd much rather do clean up....does this mean I should pursue FP? I'd love to finally make a decision !!

Well if liking to stand around in the kitchen after most everone has left and having awesome conversation and wine (and doing a little clean up to be polite) makes me FP, so be it.

Some of the most fun I've had in my life has been with the small group left over at the end of the party as we polish off whatever was left behind into the wee hours of the morning.... :hardy:
