PAs in flight medicine

Are there any PAs out there working on medi-vac flight crews? Is this arena generally restricted to RNs and EMT-Ps?

there ceratianly are some. Problem is that the pay stinks. I had an opportunity like this but they wanted to pay me 15 bucks per hour LESS than my PA wage.

A good ER PA can really earn a great living.
