PAs Real Job Experience

I want to meet a variety of PAs and hear what an average day is like. I'm trying to get a more rounded view of what it's like to be a PA in the real world. Any PAs out there please give us a brief view of what kind of setting you work in and what you do everyday.

my situation is somewhat atypical
4 different ER jobs, teaching acls, going to school for md/do prereqs.
