pass/fail scoring

hey guys...
is the pass/fail scoring effective from 2011 or 2012...
some say 2011...but ive read in the ada website tht it will be effective from 2012...
any idea which is true??

what about those that have given their exam BEFORE 2012?Do they retain their scores,or they are reported as pass/fail as well?In the rule,I read that those given before 2012 retain their numberical scores.When I mailed the ADA to confirm this,they said we have not decided on this yet.Any views on this?

I have also heard about pass/fail but when I called ADA they told me that they don't have idea about this change so it means that this pass/fail would be rumors.......

If there is anything I have learnt in the last 1 year of dealing with the ADA, it is this - Dont trust them.

LOL. I called them a couple of weeks ago to find out the same info. Those of us that take the exam before 2012, our numerical score will be reported as a P/F. Atleast that is what they told me. I called twice...

so i guess from 2012..these scores dont play a big role..its going to be all about the resume...

yeah, but that means that the exams will be more difficult to PASS... 😛
