USMLE step 3 score: 221/93 (available online exactly 3 wks. after my test date)
USMLEworld: 1st time all questions unused - 54%
2nd time all questions unused - 80-85%
Kaplan Qbank: all questions unused 59%
NBME: 1st time 460, 2nd time (1 wk. before exam) 550.

Also did USMLEsteps123.com for CCS.
Read the First Aid a little.

I think doing questions is really important. If you can't do anything else, I would recommend doing questions. I also think the NBME assessment is pretty accurate for my scores, although other people have had other experiences.
The exam is tiring, especially on the 2nd day. You need to make sure you have plenty of rest and stay healthy.
I am so glad to be done with USMLE forever!

Wow, so you did USMLE World twice? Or had two different subscriptions at two different times?

Yes, I did USMLEworld 2x. The second time went a lot faster. I had used my vacation time to study, so I did not have any work obligations, other than studying, at that time.

Is the Kaplan Qbank the same questions as the Qbook?

No. Qbank is tougher i believe

QBANK and QBOOK are 2 different question sets.
I don't know which one is more difficult.
