Walgreens.. i think any drugstore or photo place will do it

what I did was to take a digital camera portrait shot, photoshop it into the correct size and then had it printed out at one of those digital picture printing stations that you can find at a store such as Fedex Kinkos.

Same here but I just cut it two x two instead of photoshopping. I think it was UNLV's application that had a picture box so download an app and use it to cut to size.

I just used my own digital camera, took a pic, printed it out, and then cropped it to the size they want.

Any Wolf Camera will do it for you. They take the picture and give you six 2x2 size pictures, for 11 bucks.

doing it using the digital cam costs less than a buck

take a pic yourself with a digital camera.. and then use this online program to crop and create a 4x6 size image that will print perfectly at any photo place/ walgreens/digital print shop.. each print will cost you .20 and you get 6 pics/ per print..
