Last year I had a book that taught a good technique for the block questions. I have since lost the book and the Kaplan book doesn't give any pointers for the DAT

Anyone remember this trick? I remember marking down how many 1/2/3/4/5 sided blocks there are before tackling the 3-5 questions dealing with that specific model. Any help would be appreciated

That's exactly it. Just make a chart keeping track of each type of block before you even look at the questions. Make sure you do it systematically -- pick a spot to start and do it the same way for all the figures you do.

somehow all this chart making writing stuff down just wastes time when i try to do it( like so many other of kaplans strategies). grrrrrr 😡
