since COMLEX is much more clinical than the USMLE, has anyone had success with this book? some people say that it is too clinical for the USMLE but maybe it's good for COMLEX. any thoughts?

one of my study partners has that book. i dont know about it's benefit as far as exam success is concerned, but i really like to use it as a quick reference/review. it's organized well, and it's succinct.
