I have 4 more lamb chops, a steak, and as close to "real" hot dogs as I can get here to go...

I've had that problem...unfortunately not for any good reason.
I love meat. I've always said, "Give me a steak with a side of bacon", and "meat with meat, and a side order of meat". I go to these Brazilian steak houses (churrascurrias) and go NUTS.
Nice. I get my meat with a side of meat and my potatoes with a side of potatoes. Nothing else like it, but they sure do look at me funny!
But, for as good as barbecue is here in the south, if all you know of hot dogs is "Ball Park Franks" and "Oscar Meyer", boy howdy, you're missing out!
I went to a hot dog stand while in Mexico, and they had the best toppings for a hot dog. I wish I remembered all of them, but here are some: guacamole, tomatoes, mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and maybe a few other things. Sounds gross, but was delicious!

When I was in the supermarket, they had these legs of lamb
They were about 5-6lbs, and it reminded me of the time I had about 4 1/2 pounds of lamb at a friend's house.
