patient note - is this bad?

Doing that is definitely considered a no-no, but since nobody knows exactly how they grade the test it is impossible to say if one incident of it will be enough to fail or not.
I know it is really hard to wait to find out if you pass, but try to remind yourself that you can't change the outcome by worrying over it. Even if the worst case scenario comes true, others have made it through that ordeal too. Good luck!! :luck:
 
I definitely did this by accident, out of habit....

HEENT: EOMI, PERRLA.

Except, I remembered after submitting.... that I hadn't actually assessed the EOMs.

My results aren't back. But these kind of things definitely happen (at least to me.)

If I fail, I presume it will be for other things as well.
